What
is Home Staging? It is converting a home into a house that can be merchandised as a product.
As with any other product that is marketed, your home has features that may be a plus or a minus and there are always other
products in competition. To be competitive with all of the other "products", your house must be priced right and
if you want it to sell quicker, must look better,too. It can be difficult to think of your home as something that needs to
be marketed but doing so allows you to be more objective about any changes or "fixes " that need to take place.
The goal of staging is to get you a top dollar price and sell it in a reasonable amount of time. "The way you live in your home and the way we sell your house are two different things!"
