Staging / Senior Moves - Quote
Are you thinking of downsizing or know of someone
who will soon be going through this themselves? Deanne Ellen Interiors can help with this overwhelming task by organizing
the move. We can help you decide what will fit into your new home and place your
furniture and accessories to showcase your interior space. We will pack your
possessions for the move and assist with Estate or Garage Sales for the remaining items. We will also
arrange for those items that do not sell to be picked up and donated. We will then prepare your previous home so it is market
ready for a quick sale.
Simple Consultation - $75 Per Hour (1 hour
minimum) We will
do a walk through of the house together and give you ideas and suggestions on how to prepare your house for the real estate
market so you will have the advantage over other houses for sale at the same time as yours. This generally will take an hour
or two.
Written Consultation - $250 We will do a walk through of the house and yard with you, then go back through taking notes and photos.
Once we have returned to the office, a comprehensive report with pictures is done. It is usually 15 to 25 pages in length
and describes in detail how your house can be staged to draw attention to its most attractive features so it will sell quicker
and at a better price than the competition.
Home Staging Bid Proposal - Quote
Deanne Ellen Interiors will provide
to you the "Staging to Sell" services needed to prepare your home for listing. The bid amount will include
the Staging Fee which is based on the number of rooms to be staged, rental fees for any furniture or accessories that may
be necessary and amount of time needed for the staging. We can do as much or little as you would like.
